What is the solution of -2(3x - 4 ) = -2x - 2 ?

-2(3x - 4) = -2x - 2
-6x + 8 = -2x - 2 {used distributive property}
8 = 4x - 2 {added 6x to each side}
10 = 4x {added 2 to each side}
x = 2.5 {divided each side by 4}
