Factor each polynomial.
1. c³ + d³
2.p³ - 64

c³ + d³ is a sum of two cubes.  

It is in the form of a³ + b³, and factors into the form (a + b)(a² - ab + b²)

=  (c + d)(c² - cd + d²)

​p³ - 64 is a difference of two cubes.
​

It is in the form of a³ - b³, and factors into the form (a - b)(a² + ab + b²)

=  (p - 4)(p² + 4p + 16)
