In 20 years, Kayleen will be four times older than she is today. What is her current age?

x = age now
x + 20 = age in 20 years
{added 20 onto current age}

x + 20 = 4x  {in 20 years, she will be 4 times her current age}
20 = 3x {subtracted x from each side}
x = 20/3  {divided each side by 3}

she is currently 6 years and 8 months  {changed 20/3 years to years and months}
