What is the slope of a line parallel to a vertical line?

Parallel lines have equal slopes.
Vertical lines have slopes which are undefined.
Horizontal lines have slopes of zero.

A line parallel to a vertical line has an undefined slope.
A line parallel to a horizontal line has a slope of zero.
